HOW TO INSTALL SPACE ACE
Space Ace features a one-button installation routine. Follow
these easy steps to install Space Ace.
1. Before beginning, unload ALL other programs you are
running. Installation of new programs can fail if other software is
running.
2. Double-click the SA.EXE file you downloaded from my Web
site or FTP site.
3. Space Ace Setup will load, and display an introductory
message. Click OK to continue.
4. Space Ace Setup will display it's main menu. Click the
big square button with the computer icon on it. Setup will install and
configure Space Ace automatically.
Note: You can delete the SA.EXE and any extracted setup
files left over (those files ending in an underscore, such as
SpaceAce.Ex_) after Setup is complete.
HOW TO RUN SPACE ACE
After Space Ace is installed, you run it like any other
Windows program.
1. Click the START button on the Windows Taskbar.
2. Click the SPACE ACE program icon.
3. Click the CONTROLS button to customize Space Ace's
operations to your liking.
4. If you're a registered user, you can use the ELBOW GREASE
Control Panel to tweak Space Ace's search-and-destroy engine. New users
should leave these settings alone, or click the "Safest" button to
return Space Ace to its default scrubbing settings.
5. Click the CLEAN HD button. Space Ace will automatically
scrub your system clean of all wasted HD space.
NOTE: Unlike other programs that free up disk
space, SPACE ACE never touches your data, your
programs, or active Windows system files. SPACE ACE does not try to
find "dead" or duplicate DLLs, purge the Registry or INI files,
compress data, tune up the VM swap file, or any of that other funky
stuff. All of SPACE ACE's activities are restricted to utterly wasted

6. Click EXIT.

HOW TO UNINSTALL SPACE ACE
To uninstall Space Ace, you can delete the C:\Program

applet, described below.

2. Click SETTINGS.
3. Click CONTROL PANEL.
4. Click ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS.
5. Scroll down the list, and select the SPACE ACE program
for removal.
