ABOUT T-MAN
T-Man stands for "Trash Man." Just as you count on your trash
collector
to visit your home and haul away your trash each week, you can count on
T-Man to keep your computer's Recycle Bin clean.
T-Man puts a little trash can icon in your System Tray (just below
where your clock is displayed). Click the trash can icon, and T-Man
instantly empties your Recycle Bin. Or right-click the trash can icon,
and set T-Man to automatically empty your Recycle Bin every time you
exit Windows.
Compare emptying your Recycle Bin with T-Man versus the usual way. With T-Man installed, you click the T-Man trash can icon, and your Recycle Bin is emptied -- or your Recycle Bin gets emptied automatically every time you exit Windows.
Without T-Man, to empty your
Recycle Bin you have to:
· Return to your Windows Desktop (usually means closing lots
of windows)
· Right-click your Recycle Bin icon
· Select "Empty Recycle Bin"
· Answer "Yes" when asked "Are you sure?"
That's four steps versus T-Man's one step, or automatic "no steps"
process! A lazy clickers dream!
Right-click the T-Man icon in the System Tray to bring up T-Man's options dialog:

Select "Empty Recycle Bin automagically at Shutdown" to have T-Man automatically empty your Recycle Bin whenever you log-off, restart, or shut down your computer.
Select "Don't show Oscar when emptying the Recycle Bin" to prevent T-Man from displaying a dialog every time the Recycle Bin is emptied.
Select "Don't show splash screen at startup" to force T-Man to load quietly and invisibly at startup. Note: This also disables T-Man's sounds.
Select "Hide system tray icon" to prevent T-Man from putting a small trash can icon in your system tray. To access T-Man's options when the system tray icon is hidden, simply re-run T-Man using the Start menu.
Click the "Click here for free support" link to be automatically transported to the T-Man Web support site.
Click the "Save Settings" button to save your settings.
Click the "DONE" button to save your settings and exit T-Man's options dialog.
Click the "Unload T-Man" button to remove T-Man from memory. T-Man will automatically re-load the next time you login to your computer. You can also reload T-Man manually via the Start Menu.
